Who We Are?
Founded in 1987, ED Group is one of the largest consumer electronics enterprises in Egypt with a global presence. ED Group has four listed companies: ICO, ICED Sadat, ICED Obour, and Symphony HK.
Over 25 years of consistently diligent efforts along with Egypt’s reform, motivated by the company’s focus on dedication and innovation, ED Group has grown into a leading enterprise in Egypt’s electronics industry. In 1997, ED Group began forging its path into the globalized market. After years of promoting its brand, Symphony, in the Middle East and Africa, and partnering with well-established brands in the European, Asian, and American markets, ED Group is the pioneer in the drive for Egyptian enterprises seeking both domestic and international recognition.
ED Group’s vision is to build the most creative Egyptian brand name in ten years. ED Group aims to implement the “Three Capacities, One System” concept, which represents a combination of three capacities, featuring design, quality and marketing and a consumer insight system.
Looking forward to the future, ED Group has drawn up two strategic development targets: first, to build a respected global leading enterprise and second, to offer customers only the most innovative and creative products.
